Do your colours cover resistant hair?
Our colours are designed to cover grey hair.
We have a special range of colour designed for resistant hair that is very efficient covering the most stubborn white hairs!
And for hair that is even tougher, we have a few professional tricks up our sleeve to give it the extra boost.
Do you do Foiling?
We do many foiling combinations from bright light crisp blondes with silvery ash tones, mauves, soft pinks, to more natural sunkissed tones using dual or tri-colour techniques.
Blonde and muted soft browns, give a pastel effect, and vibrant coppers, mahogany, violets and true reds to compliment autumn tones.
Full head, half head, T -section and feature foils give extra contrast and interest to any base colour.
Weaves, fine or bold, splicing and ombre. There are so many interesting options!
How much training do your Stylists do?
At “Room for Hair” Training is ongoing and has no ending!
We continually attend training to maintain an updated skill set.
Our KEUNE brand provides regular colouring, perming and cutting seminars. We also love attending product knowledge and information sessions, especially when exciting new products are released.
We have technicians regularly attending our Salon to deliver training and provide additional product knowledge updates.
Our team have a great scope of talent which we pass on to our youngest stylists so they have the opportunity to be well educated and excel at the full field of technical expertise from classic to modern style hairdressing.
How much experience do your stylists have?
Our stylists have been in the industry for many years. We have a lot of experience with all hair types!
We have our wonderful young faces in hairdressing ranging from 7 years, 10 years, 30 years, and even 50 years industry experience, to our bright first year apprentice. All of our stylists are vibrant, caring, creative, and very talented creating beautiful styles and the most modern up to the moment looks.
Do you do full scalp bleaching?
We do full head scalp bleaching and toning to create many pastel shades inline with the ever changing fashion.
We are very particular at maintaining beautiful super light blondes and will advise the appropriate home hair care maintenance required to keep your hair in the very best condition and to maintain the longevity of your pastel toner.
Do you do Ombre and Balayage?
These are styles of colouring we use, with lightening, blending and toning techniques.
Usually suited to people wanting more caramel and soft brown tones.
Sometimes when hair has had a history of extensive dark colouring, it can be obtained over time.

Do you use organic and vegan products?
We use Keune So Pure Organic range of permanent hair colours which are environmentally conscious, and completely ammonia and paraben free.
A coconut base protects the scalp from staining and contains phytokeratin, a plant derived ingredient.
We stock home hair care and styling, which is formulated with over 30 plant extracts, and essential oils are used as working ingredients.
So Pure have no artificial fragrance or colour.
They are all colour safe, SULFATE FREE, PARABEN FREE AND VEGAN.
